Emerging Opportunities in Space: U.S. Space Force’s HALO Program Supports NewSpace Innovators

The Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA) is a $2 billion initiative by the U.S. Space Force, focused on developing a network of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites for missile detection and communications. Recently, the Space Force announced the addition of a new program, HALO (Hybrid Acquisition for Proliferated Low Earth Orbit), which will involve 19 companies chosen to accelerate satellite technology advancements and conduct experimental missions.
